Forum Rules / Regulile Forumului

All registered members must understand that the use of the forum is not a right, but a privilege granted by Darkness Gaming, thus the board administrators reserve the right to select their members. Any violation of this Regulation allows Super Moderators, Global Moderators or Darkness Gaming Administrators to grant the correct sanctions in accordance with the regulation.

GENERAL REGULATIONS

  • The rules of this forum can be changed throughout without a general announcement. We recommend members to check the Regulations periodically to find out any changes made.
  • To read the posts posted by the users of the forum does not require registration.
  • The Darkness Gaming staff respects all of its members, so we will not share your personal information with anyone.
  • Use your common sense and your 7 years at home and you will be appreciated for this. Nobody appreciates a poorly educated man.

Account registration and administration

  • Each member can use only one account in the forum. Registering and / or using multiple accounts in the forum will permanently ban new registered accounts. If there are more registered people, and they use the same PC, please let us know, in order to avoid banning accounts.
  • It is strictly forbidden to use obscenities in messages, username, or anywhere else on the forum. Otherwise we will give you 7 days to calm down (account suspension).
  • It is forbidden to use a nickname similar to an existing one (it can create confusion), as well as the use of a personal web page as a nickname. The respective user will first receive a 24-hour warning, if he does not take this into account, the account will be permanently banned.
  • Changing the display name is possible every 60 days. Please do not contact the staff for changes! Messages will be ignored
  • The transfer of the account of a new registered member leads to the ban of the account that was transferred.
  • The banning of the account on request is done by posting in the following topic.

Opening of topics and posting.

  • Before starting a new discussion, check if there is already a discussion on that topic by a simple search.
  • The title and description of the message should be EXPLAINED and not in general.

- Example of a general title (incorrect): "Big problem !!".

- Example of explicit title (correct): "Problem with game X".

Topics with incorrect titles will be closed by moderators, without receiving an answer to the question / problem.

  • Messages should contain as much information as possible. If you want a prompt reply make sure you provide as much information as possible.
  • If you express your opinion in an existing discussion, make sure your message is on the subject. 'OFF-TOPIC' messages will be sanctioned with 1 warn point.
  • Posting of colored messages, bold italic, full underline is not accepted
  • The use of vulgar, obscene or discriminatory language in relation to religion, sex, etc. is not permitted. It is not acceptable to offend or attack the members of the forum just because they do not share a certain opinion.
  • Any accusation brought by a member must be accompanied by evidence, otherwise the accuser receives 10 days suspension.
  • You do not accept posts made exclusively of such smiles, writing only in capital letters or excessive use of colors, use the colors / bold / italic only when you want to highlight something.
  • Postures are not accepted: "gj" "very well" "I like", each post must be argued.
  • It is forbidden to post information, files, etc. that violate the copyright and related rights provided by Law 8/1996, as well as any other rights of third parties. All copyright (copyright) on the photos attached to the forum belong to the authors.
  • If you copy a text, enter the source.
  • Any member has the right to challenge a moderator's decision if it directly affects him.


Server sections

  • It is not acceptable to open topics with forum games, youtube links, etc. (Everything that is already in the Extension)
  • In the case of the sections that have Design, no applications will be accepted, the only thing allowed is the posting of souvenirs, without further changes. Those who need an avatar / signature can use the Design section on the main page.
  • In the case of Free Chat topics, if the main regulations are not respected, the topics will be closed by the forum staff, without the right to reopen.


Status update

- Avoid posting server names, links, messages, "search server"
- Use status update in moderation to avoid blocking access to status update, or even suspend 1 day.

Staff rights and obligations.

Super Moderators and Moderators are required:

  • The main obligation of the super-moderators is to ensure the proper functioning of the entire forum.
  • Have a tolerant attitude towards users and help them solve their problems without engaging in any kind of dispute with them
  • To alert PM users who have signatures / statuses / avatars / language that do not comply with the rules of the forum.
  • A super moderator has the obligation to report to a Director the major problems.

 
The rights of the Super Moderators and Moderators are:

  • To propose the permanent banning of users who repeatedly violate the regulation
  • To propose new moderators on the deficient areas and to eliminate the moderators who do not carry out their duties

Moderators are obliged to:

  • Have a tolerant attitude towards users and help them solve their problems without engaging in any kind of dispute with them
  • Only close the threads when they violently violate the rules
  • Explain clearly and reasoned why a thread was closed, when appropriate
  • Explain when necessary (on PM) why you deleted a user's posts
  • Do not abuse pinned threads.

At the same time, moderators have the right:

  • To edit any post that abounds in smilies and to alert the PM to the user who does not comply with the regulations.
  • To edit any post containing advertisements of any kind (advertisement - posting links that are not useful and ontopically, posting company names that have no connection with the thread topic, repeated referrals to a specific forum page. ..etc etc)
  • To warn the PM always users who violate the regulation, after which he has to take measures (warn) in case the user relapses it can also propose their ban.
  • Propose banning users who have trivial language.


Warnings and account ban:

1 warn = 1 point
At 4 warn points, you will be banned from posting for 24 hours
At 6 warn points, you will be banned from posting for 48 hours.
At 10 warn points, you will have your account suspended for 7 days





Varianta in limba romana!Toti membrii inregistrati trebuie sa inteleaga ca utilizarea forumului nu este un drept, ci un privilegiu acordat de catre Darkness Gaming, administratorii forumului rezervandu-si astfel dreptul de a-si selecta membrii. Orice incalcare a prezentului Regulament permite Super Moderatorilor, Moderatorilor  sau Administratorilor  Darkness Gaming sa acorde sanctiunile corecte conform regulamentului.

Nici un membru al forumului nu poate invoca drept scuza pentru incalcarea Regulamentului faptul ca nu stia de existenta lui. Darkness Gaming isi asuma obligatia de a posta in permanenta un link catre prezentul Regulament pe pagina principala a forumului cat si un mesaj global, astfel ca acesta sa poata fi usor identificat si citit.

REGULAMENT GENERAL

  • Regulile acestui forum se pot schimba pe parcurs fara un anunt general. Recomandam membrilor sa verifice periodic Regulamentul pentru a cunoaste eventualele modificari aduse.
  • Pentru a citi mesajele postate de catre utilizatorii forumului nu necesita inregistrare.
  • Staff-ul Darkness Gaming respecta toti membrii sai, de aceea, noi nu vom impartasi informatiile tale personale nimanui.
  • Foloseste-ti bunul simt si cei 7 ani de acasa si vei fi apreciat pentru asta. Nimeni nu apreciaza un om prost educat.

Inregistrarea si administrarea contului

  • Fiecare membru poate folosi un singur cont pe forum. Inregistrarea si/sau folosirea mai multor conturi pe forum duce la banarea permanenta a conturilor noi inregistrate. In cazul in care sunt mai multe persoane inregistrate, si folosesc acelasi PC va rugam sa ne anuntati, pentru a evita banarea conturilor.
  • Este strict interzisa folosirea de obscenitati in mesaje, in username, sau oriunde altundeva pe forum. In caz contrar iti vom acorda 7 zile sa te linistesti (suspendarea contului).
  • Este interzisa folosirea unui nickname asemanator cu unul deja existent (se poate crea confuzie), precum si folosirea drept nickname s a unei pagini personale web. Userul respective va primi prima data un avertisment de 24 de ore, daca acesta nu ia in considerare, contul va fi banat permanent.
  • Schimbarea display name-ului este posibila o data la 60 de zile. Va rugam nu contactatii staff-ul pentru modificari! Mesajele vor fi ignorate
  • Cedarea contului unui membru nou inregistrat duce la banarea contului care a fost cedat.
  • Banarea contului la cerere se face prin postarea in topicul urmator.

Deschiderea topicurilor si postare

  • Inainte de a incepe o discutie noua, verifica daca nu exista deja o discutie pe acea tema printr-o simpla cautare.
  • Titlul si descrierea mesajului trebuie sa fie EXPLICITE si nu la modul general.

- Exemplu de titlu general (incorect): "Problema mare!!".- Exemplu de titlu explicit (corect): "Problema cu jocul X".Topicurile cu titluri incorecte vor fi inchise de catre moderatori, fara a primi raspuns la intrebare/problema.

  • Mesajele trebuie sa cuprinda cat mai multe informatii. Daca doresti un raspuns prompt asigura-te ca oferi cat mai multe informatii.
  • Daca iti spui parerea intr-o discutie deja existenta, asigura-te ca mesajul tau este la subiect. Mesajele 'OFF-TOPIC' vor fi sanctionate cu 1 punct warn.
  • Nu se accepta postarea mesajelor colorate, bold italic, underline integral
  • Nu se admite folosirea de catre membri a unui limbaj vulgar, obscen sau discriminator in ceea ce priveste religia, sexul, etc. Nu se accepta sa fie jigniti sau atacati membrii forumului doar pentru ca nu impartasesc o anumita parere.
  • Orice acuzatie adusa unui membru trebuie sa fie insotita de o dovada, in caz contrar acuzatorul primeste suspend 10 zile.
  • Nu se accepta posturi alcatuite exclusiv din astfel de smiley-uri, scrierea exclusiv cu majuscule sau folosirea excesiva a culorilor, folositi culorile/bold/italic doar cand vreti sa scoateti ceva in evidenta.
  • Nu se accepta posture: “gj” “foarte bine” “imi place”, fiecare post trebuie sa fie argumentat.
  • Este interzisa postarea de informatii, fisiere etc care incalca drepturile de autor si a drepturile conexe prevazute de Legea 8/1996, precum si a oricaror alte drepturi ale tertilor. Toate drepturile de autor (copyright) asupra fotografiilor atasate in cadrul forumului apartin autorilor.
  • In cazul in care copiati un text, introduceti si sursa.
  • Orice membru are dreptul de a contesta decizia unui moderator daca il afecteaza in mod direct.

Sectiunile serverelor

  • Nu se accepta deschiderea topicurilor cu jocuri forumiste, link-uri youtube, etc. (Tot ce exista deja la Destindere)
  • In cazul sectiunilor care au Design, nu se vor accepta cereri, singurul lucru permis este postarea de suveniruri, fara modificari ulterioare. Cei care au nevoie de un avatar/o semnatura, pot folosi sectiunea Design de pe pagina principala.
  • In cazul topicurilor Free Chat, daca nu se respecta regulamentul principal, topicurile vor fi inchise de catre staff-ul forumului, fara dreptul de redeschidere.

 Status update

  • Evitati sa postati nume de servere, link-uri, mesaje, "caut server"
  • Folositi status update cu moderatie, pentru a evita blocarea accesului la status update, sau chiar suspend 1 zi.

 Drepturile si obligatiile Staff-ului

Super Moderatorii si Moderatorii  sunt obligati:

  • ​Obligatia principala a super-moderatorilor este aceea de a se asigura de buna functionare a intregului forum.
  • Sa aiba o atitudine toleranta fata de utilizatori si sa-i ajute sa-si rezolve problemele fara a antrena vreun tip de disputa cu acestia
  • Sa atentioneze pe PM userii ce au semnaturi/statusuri/avatare/limbaj ce nu respecta regulamentul forumului.
  • Un super moderator are obligatia de a semnala unui Administrator problemele majore.
  •  

Drepturile Super Moderatorilor si Moderatorii sunt:

  • Sa propuna banarea permanenta a userilor ce incalca repetat regulamentul
  • Sa propuna noi moderatori pe ariile deficitare si eliminarea moderatorilor ce nu isi duc la indeplinire indatoririle

Moderatorii sunt obligati:

  • Sa aiba o atitudine toleranta fata de utilizatori si sa-i ajute sa-si rezolve problemele fara a antrena vreun tip de disputa cu acestia
  • Sa inchida thread-urile doar cand acestea incalca flagrant regulamentul
  • Sa explice clar si argumentat motivul pentru care a fost inchis un thread, cand este cazul
  • Sa explice atunci cand este necesar (pe PM) de ce a sters posturile unui user
  • Sa nu abuzeze de thread-urile pinned.

In acelasi timp, moderatorii au dreptul:

  • Sa editeze orice post ce abunda in smilie-uri si sa atentioneze pe PM userul ce nu respecta regulamentul.
  • Sa editeze orice post ce contine reclame de orice fel (reclama - postarea de link-uri ce nu sunt utile si ontopic, postarea de denumiri de firme ce nu au nici o legatura cu subiectul thread-ului, trimiteri repetate catre o anumita pagina forum ...etc etc)
  • Sa avertizeze pe PM intotdeauna userii ce incalca regulamentul, dupa care sa i-a masuri (warn) in cazul in care userul recidiveaza acesta poate sa si sa propuna banarea acestora
  • Sa propuna banarea userilor ce au un limbaj trivial

Warn-uri si banarea contului:

1 warn = 1 punct
La 4 puncte warn, veti avea interdictia de a posta pentru 24 de ore
La 6 puncte warn, veti avea interdictia de a posta pentru 48 de ore.
La 10 puncte warn, veti avea contul suspendat pentru 7 zile.
